Minfin launches Welcome Day for newcomers: what employees received

Adaptation Day for Newly Appointed Employees

According to Мінфін: The Ministry of Finance held an Adaptation Day for newly appointed employees, known as Welcome Day. As part of this event, new employees had the opportunity to get acquainted with the mission, vision, and values of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. The organizers conducted briefings on important issues such as:

• prevention of corruption
• occupational safety
• security
• actions in case of air alerts

This year, for the first time, newly appointed employees received a printed 'Minfin Newcomer's Guide'. This guide was developed with the participation of the Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and printed with the support of the EU Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine. This innovation aims to facilitate the adaptation process of new employees within the civil service structure.
