According to Офіс реформ: Three key positions are now open on Ukraine's Recovery and Reform Support Teams. These roles are part of the 'Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture' (URA) program, which is funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union. The final deadline for all applications is March 10, 2026. These openings represent a significant opportunity for professionals to contribute directly to Ukraine's post-war reconstruction and modernization efforts.

Available Positions and Deadlines

  • Decentralization Expert for the Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.

    The application deadline for this role is March 8, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time.

  • Legal Expert for the Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, focusing on 'State-Owned Enterprise Reform'.

    Applications for this position close on March 9, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time.

  • Communication Expert for the Recovery and Reform Support Team at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

    This role will accept applications until March 10, 2026, at 23:59 Kyiv time.

All interested candidates must submit a TOR and application form in English. The URA program is implemented with financial support from the EBRD and the Multi-Donor Fund for Stabilization and Sustainable Development of Ukraine. This fund includes contributions from a coalition of nations, namely Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union.
