The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNICEF join forces: how deported children are returned

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine together with the President's Commissioner for Children's Rights and Rehabilitation, UNICEF, and with the participation of children held an event on the occasion of World Children's Day. In her speech, Deputy Minister Maryana Betza talked about the importance of protecting the rights of Ukrainian children during the war with Russia and the cooperation with international partners for this purpose.

On her part, the President's Commissioner for Children's Rights Daria Gerasimchuk called for the unification of efforts to ensure the well-being of children and emphasized the importance of international support in this matter. This indicates attention and care for the future of our youngest citizens.

The participants of the event noted that children are the drivers of change, so it is important to create a safe environment for them, provide access to education and medical services. The international community plays a crucial role in supporting children's rights in conflict conditions.
