New 'Mission Control' System Goes Live

According to Главком: Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has signed an order to launch the 'Mission Control' drone management system within the Delta combat ecosystem. This initiative is a key part of Ukraine's strategy to leverage its technological innovation for battlefield advantage. The new platform is designed to consolidate all unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations into a single digital framework, automating the collection of data on:

• UAV type,
• launch location,
• flight path, and assigned mission.

Every drone crew will be required to log information into the system regarding their UAV's type, launch point, route, and objectives. This is expected to streamline the management of drone operations significantly and lead to more effective mission execution. Minister Fedorov stressed the critical importance of moving from chaotic engagements to a controlled, technology-driven form of warfare, noting that decisions will now be based on precise data rather than assumptions.

Future Developments

The next phase of this development will see the launch of a similar command system for artillery units. In line with these technological shifts, the Brave1 defense tech cluster operates a 'war mathematics' department, whose expertise is already being scaled across the defense system. Minister Fedorov had previously announced the creation of dedicated drone assault units with new operational doctrines, underscoring a broader push for the more efficient deployment of technology in military operations.
