US Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew stated that his department is already preparing the next sanctions for Russia and will apply them if Russia does not support Poroshenko's 'Peace Plan' and does not stop destabilizing the situation.
‘If Russia is not ready to change its political course, the US and the international community are prepared to take additional measures. German leadership in the European community has helped maximize pressure on Russians through the introduction of additional sanctions against officials in Putin's close circle, as well as individuals who destabilize the situation in Ukraine ’, said Jack Lew.
