Easier to Obtain a Combatant Certificate: What Has Changed for Veterans

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has decided to simplify the procedure for obtaining a combatant participant's certificate for those who have lost or have been deprived of this document. It is no longer necessary to obtain additional confirmations from the police or the media about the loss or theft of the certificate. This innovation will significantly simplify the process of obtaining a new document and save time and effort for combat participants.

Additionally, the requirements for documents for those who have been freed from captivity have been reduced. Now obtaining a new certificate has become faster and more convenient for military personnel. This will allow them to return to everyday life much faster after fulfilling their duties during combat operations.
