The Ministry of Defense opened the first training center for specialists in aviation fuel control for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukraine has opened its first training center for ground aviation specialists for the quality control of fuel and lubricants (F&L) for the Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine provided the first specialists for service. This information was received from the Ministry of Defense.The first listeners of the center were second-year cadets from one of the military educational institutions. They successfully completed a four-week training course and received certificates of professional training. The establishment of the training center met the need for trained personnel for quality control of F&L for aviation units of the Armed Forces.In the future, there are plans to expand the training program and conduct regular professional training for laboratory staff and fuel quality control departments of the Armed Forces across the country.The arsenal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been replenished with an advanced R-34-T unmanned aerial vehicle, which can perform laser target designation. This drone will be used in the units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine for high-precision combat tasks. The main function of the drone is laser target identification for precise strikes with guided munitions, including artillery and aviation.The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to create a separate aviation vertical that will focus on the development of aviation. This became known after statements by Minister of Defense Rustem Umeev and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
