Webinar Announcement
According to Міністерство інфраструктури: The Ministry for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development and with support from ISAR Ednannia, will host an online webinar on housing support for veterans and families of fallen defenders. Housing Support for Veterans
Access to housing remains one of the most frequent concerns raised by veterans and the families of those who died in service. During the webinar, experts will explain current housing support programs and the practical steps for accessing them. This provides a crucial opportunity for participants to gain detailed information on available resources and support mechanisms. Securing stable housing is a fundamental part of the social reintegration process for veterans and their families.
The event will be moderated by Hennadii Popenko, a veteran and spokesperson for the Ministry for Veterans Affairs. Questions for the speakers can be submitted in advance via a dedicated form or during the live stream in the comments on Facebook and YouTube. This webinar is part of a broader dialogue on the Civil Society House platform, highlighting the importance of open communication between the government and the public.
Hosting this briefing is a step toward improving cooperation between state institutions and veterans, which can lead to more effective solutions for the challenges these groups face. Providing clear information on housing is a vital aspect of social support for veterans and their families, a need that is particularly acute during the country's ongoing recovery.
