According to НБУ: The IMF has started work in Ukraine under the leadership of Gavin Gray. Experts will discuss key issues regarding the new extended funding program, in particular the macro framework for the coming years and sources of financing the budget deficit.
The National Bank will also join discussions on monetary policy and reforming the financial sector. The country's leadership expresses hope for fruitful cooperation and strengthening European integration within the framework of the new deal with the IMF.
Ukraine expects effective cooperation with the IMF aimed at supporting the country's stability and strengthening the European integration process," said the Head of the National Bank Andrei Pyshny.
