Mobilized individuals will be able to buy housing at 3%: the government has updated the eHousing rules

According to Мінцифра: Ukrainian mobilized military servicemen will have the opportunity to purchase housing under preferential conditions through the eHousing program. According to the government's new regulations, they can now obtain a mortgage with an interest rate of only 3%. Previously, this opportunity was available only to certain categories of citizens - contract servicemen, medical workers, teachers, scientists, and law enforcement officers.

Changes to the program will allow a larger number of eligible servicemen to receive support in acquiring their own housing, stimulating their social and economic well-being.
