Mobile groups of the State Migration Service issued the first passport to a girl with disabilities: how it happened

The mobile groups of the State Migration Service of Ukraine continue to provide their services to residents of remote communities.

Kherson region

From November 7 to 13, 2025, mobile groups traveled to the Kherson region, where 117 citizens received necessary administrative services.

Kharkiv region

In the Lozivskyi district, the mobile group of the Migration Service provided services to residents of the village of Orilka in the Oril community. The first personal document - an ID card - was also issued to a 14-year-old girl with disabilities.

Sumy region

In the Sumy region, two mobile groups traveled to provide the opportunity for more than 20 citizens to obtain passports in the Boromlyanska and Sadiivska communities.
