According to Dmitry Finshin, it is important to ensure the adaptation of servicemen after their return to civilian life and to provide them with decent jobs. Assistants for veteran policy should have a high socio-economic status, be respected in society, and valued by the state.
The advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs on veteran policy issues, Dmitry Finshin, announced the implementation of a new institute of assistants in the divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. These employees will communicate with veterans, government institutions, local government bodies, and public organizations, providing the necessary support and communication.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is implementing the institute of assistants for veteran policy issues in order to provide better support for veterans, their adaptation to civilian life, and to create conditions for a decent return to work.
