The incident occurred around 3:40 PM after the animals escaped from a private home through a loosely closed gate and entered a neighboring yard. According to preliminary reports, the dogs assaulted the victim, inflicting severe physical injuries.

The injured woman was rushed to a hospital but tragically died from her wounds. The dogs' owner has been detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Meanwhile, the animals were seized and transferred to a canine center. A pre-trial investigation has been launched under Part 1 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which addresses negligent homicide. The Boryspil District Prosecutor's Office is overseeing the case.
