Traffic restrictions at the border with Romania due to bridge repairs: details
At the border crossing 'Solotvyno - Sighetu Marmației' on the border with Romania, road traffic will be restricted due to the repair of the bridge over the Tisza River. According to the State Customs Service, the restrictions will last for 45 days from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM starting Monday, September 15. Customs officers urge all interested parties to use other crossing points during the repairs.
Let us remind you that the government has amended the procedure for crossing the state border, allowing men aged 18 to 22 to cross the border during martial law if they have military registration documents in paper or electronic form. Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak inquired with the border service about how many young men have exercised this right, but border guards do not maintain such statistics.
