According to glavcom.ua: After the police arrived, the man got into his car and attempted to escape, crashing into the patrol car. The arrested man was found without documents and showing signs of intoxication, and refused to undergo an examination. It turned out that this was not the first instance of such behavior, so protocols were drawn up against the man for several articles of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses.
The police drew up a number of administrative protocols against a 44-year-old resident of the Odesa region who tried to flee from law enforcement while intoxicated, which led to a collision with an official vehicle. The man collided with a police car near a hospital in the city of Bilyayivka on August 15. Initially, he provoked a quarrel with his acquaintance and started a fight with passersby who forbade him from committing violence.
In connection with the incident near the hospital in the Odesa region, the police drew up protocols against the 44-year-old man who provoked a conflict while intoxicated and collided with a police car. The man has been detained and protocols for administrative offenses have already been drawn up.
