According to Главком: A serious incident occurred on April 26 in the village of Suty sky, Vinnytsia district, when a 17-year-old riding a Geon motorcycle hit an eight-year-old boy. The child was crossing the road on his bicycle at an unmarked pedestrian crossing. The boy was rushed to the hospital for treatment. To investigate the crash, authorities took blood samples from the teenager for forensic analysis. A criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, which carries a penalty of up to three years of restricted freedom and a three-year ban on driving.

On April 22, in the village of Zoziv, Vinnytsia district, a 17-year-old motorcyclist died after losing control of his Mustang bike, veering into a ditch, and colliding with a tree. Despite receiving medical care, the young man succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
Another devastating event took place on April 21 around 7:30 PM in the village of Halyna Volya, Kovel district, Volyn region. A four-year-old boy was run over by his own father, who was driving a truck with a semi-trailer. Separately, in Kyiv’s Obolon district, a three-vehicle collision occurred involving a 51-year-old man driving a Porsche while heavily intoxicated.
