According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian border guards were alert and took action! On December 15, they discovered a balloon that had arrived from Belarus carrying contraband cigarettes. It contained black film, GPS trackers - everything was there: 1500 packs of cigarettes and two devices with SIM cards. These scammers planned to transport the goods to Poland, but that was not going to happen, the package was seized by Ukrainian law enforcement. The damage was estimated at 90,000 UAH!
Recently, customs officers in Transcarpathia uncovered an official from a charity fund who wanted to push through 720,000 cigarettes disguised as humanitarian aid worth over 3.5 million UAH. What a misfortune and trouble!
