Ukrainian entrepreneur and founder of Stolitsa Group, Vlada Molchanova, is preparing for court over allegations brought against her by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. According to her, the bail demanded from her is large and exceeds standard amounts for 'budget thefts'.

Molchanova claims that she intends to prove the baselessness of the suspicion in this case. She believes that she has become a victim of a commissioned special operation and refuses to come to terms with the accusations she considers unjust. This investigation has been ongoing for more than four years and appears to be an attempt to expedite its conclusion.

It should be noted that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau announced suspicion against former MP Yuri Ivanyushchenko for the illegal acquisition of 18 hectares of land worth over 160 million hryvnias, as well as his lawyers. Vlada Molchanova is also involved in this case.
