Mobile Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers

The mobile territorial recruitment and social support centers are already operational, but this does not mean they move on wheels. This was stated by the people's deputy of Ukraine from the Servant of the People faction, Alexander Fediyenko, during an interview on 'Kyiv24'.

«This does not mean that tomorrow everyone will go by transport; they can simply move from one location to another,” – Fediyenko explained.

According to him, the heads of the centers independently decide where to place the units, choosing places where it is necessary to communicate with military personnel. The primary focus is on units that directly interact with servicemen.

«If we are talking about units that do not communicate with military personnel, they can be moved and removed territorially. Thanks to digitalization, our centers can continue to operate even in case of losing all documents,» – he emphasized.

Physical Location of Recruitment Centers

Fediyenko noted that the recruitment centers have already changed their locations with the help of local authorities, although this is not widely known. Ukraine is considering the introduction of mobile territorial recruitment and social support centers to improve the efficiency of mobilization in light of the constant threats from Russia.

The outcome: The Ukrainian mobile territorial recruitment and social support centers operate on altered principles of location, allowing for easier adaptation to the needs of the military and providing the ability to function in crisis or wartime conditions.
