According to the actress, this situation was quite difficult for her. She received the dismissal order without any expressions of support from the theatre management.

They give you an order and say: sign that from such-and-such a date you are no longer working in the theatre... I said I would not sign. I said I would write a statement because I am leaving on my own.

Larysa Kadyrova noted that the dismissal order was signed by the general director Mykhailo Zakharievich, who later also lost his position. She added that she had not received offers for new roles in the theatre but continued to work actively, particularly on solo performances that brought her the Shevchenko Prize.

She also shared details of her work on the performance based on the novella by Maria Matiyos 'Do not cry for me ever', which has already been successfully staged for eleven years together with director Serhiy Pavlyuk.

I introduced songs into the performance, I introduced the present day... Now I am grateful to Maria Matiyos for this performance.
