NABU completed the investigation into the case of 'Energoatom': no corruption violations by employees found
Completion of NABU's service inspection
According to Главком: The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NABU) completed a service inspection within the framework of the case of 'Energoatom,' which was initiated on November 10, 2025. As a result of the inspection, no involvement of NABU employees in corruption violations was found. On the same day, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) announced suspicions against seven individuals in a case of corruption schemes in the energy sector.

The list of suspects in the case includes the following individuals:
- Timur Mindich
- Igor Mironyuk
- Dmytro Basov
- Oleksandr Tsukerman
- Igor Fursenko
- Lesya Ustimenko
- Ludmila Zorina
It should be noted that Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman have been under sanctions in Ukraine since November 13, 2025.
Furthermore, the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the pre-trial investigation period in the case of 'Energoatom'. This information indicates the activity of law enforcement agencies in the fight against corruption in the energy sector. NABU, in performing its functions, confirmed the absence of corruption violations by its employees, which may indicate the transparency of their activities in this case.
