According to НАЗК: The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption has completed its inspection of the activities of the Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv City State Administration (KSCA). During the inspection, risks that negatively impact the anti-corruption policy of these bodies were identified. NABU has drawn up protocols and issued three orders regarding violations of legislation by KSCA employees.
On the other hand, independent structural units in the Kyiv City Council and KSCA, created to combat corruption, received positive feedback from NABU. It was also noted that decisions were made that contradict legislation and cause negative consequences. Additional details can be found at the link: https://nazk.gov.ua/uk/84712/
