NBU has released new coins We are strong. We are together: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk

The National Bank of Ukraine has introduced a new series of circulating commemorative coins that celebrate the unity and indivisibility of the country. The slogan 'We are strong. We are together' has become the leitmotif of the series.

During the public discussion 'United and Indivisible', the first three coins dedicated to regions affected by Russian aggression were presented. The design of the coins illustrates a stylized map of Ukraine with an emphasis on administrative borders and images of each region.

The NBU plans to issue a total of 54 million coins of the new series over the next two years, dedicating each coin to a specific area. This initiative aims to support the territorial integrity of the country and is an important step in celebrating its unity and solidarity.
