Ukrainians will receive 1000 hryvnias: who will get assistance this winter
Ukrainians will be able to receive 1000 hryvnias in assistance from the state for heating this winter. Minister of Social Policy Denys Uliutin noted that this program is aimed at supporting citizens during the cold season and will help them cover basic expenses.
'The state provides this assistance so that every Ukrainian can more easily survive the winter. Our goal is to make the process of receiving funds as convenient and transparent as possible,' emphasized Denys Uliutin.
Applications for assistance can be submitted from November 15 to December 15, and the funds received can be used for six months. They can be received through the 'Diia' application, Ukrposhta branches, or banks, as in previous programs.
This assistance is available to all citizens of Ukraine, including children, and is not provided for those who are abroad or in temporarily occupied territories. The funds can be used for utility payments, medicines, mobile communications, charitable contributions, postage, and other household needs.
The distribution of this assistance is an important step in supporting the population in the context of a difficult economic situation and helps reduce social risks during the winter period.
