A new motorized rifle regiment of the Russian Federation has arrived in the southern direction

According to hvylya.net: The Russian Federation has transferred a newly formed motorized rifle regiment, created in Chechnya, in the city of Khankala, to the southern direction. This unit was sent to replace losses, but unfortunately, it did not help change the situation at the front, said the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, Vladislav Voloshin, on television.

According to him, the motorized rifle regiment was created from scratch and is part of the Southern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. This is happening as part of the execution of Putin's order to increase mobilization by 30,000 people.

'In our direction, representatives of the Southern Military District are fighting, so they created this unit in Chechnya, in the city of Khankala,' Voloshin explained.

Voloshin emphasized that despite the origin of the unit, they are simply Russian military personnel from various ethnic groups. 'They can be called different names, but for us, they are just Russian soldiers of different nationalities, of which there are many in Russia,' the spokesperson stressed.

According to him, the new regiment of the Russian Federation unites representatives of various nations and nationalities residing in Russia. However, the arrival of this unit has not affected the overall situation in the southern direction.

Strategy for Reinforcing Russian Troops

The creation of new units in every military district of Russia is part of the overall strategy of the Kremlin to increase the size of the army. However, based on the experience with the new Chechen regiment, it is clear that these measures currently only compensate for losses without changing the balance of power at the front. The southern direction remains one of the key theaters of military operations, where Russian forces are trying to hold previously captured positions while constantly replenishing with new mobilized soldiers.

The Ukrainian spokesperson emphasized that the arrival of the new motorized rifle regiment from Chechnya has not changed the situation in the southern direction, which means that hostilities in this region continue with no reduction in intensity.
