Nova Poshta Announces Price Increases Effective April 2026

Nova Poshta raises tariffs from April 2026: delivery will be more expensive
Нова Пошта оголосила про зміну тарифів, які вступлять у силу з квітня 2026 року.

Nova Poshta's Revised Tariffs Take Effect April 13, 2026

According to Главком: Nova Poshta has announced an adjustment to its service fees, which will come into force on April 13, 2026. The cost of services will increase by an average of 10-20 UAH. This tariff update follows broader changes in the delivery services market, including Ukrposhta's own partial rate revision for parcel shipments, which took effect on April 1, 2026.

New Delivery Pricing

Under the new pricing structure, the cost for intra-city document delivery will rise from 60 UAH to 70 UAH. Parcel delivery within a city for items up to 2 kg will also increase from 60 UAH to 70 UAH. For parcels weighing up to 10 kg, the new price will be 115 UAH, up from 100 UAH, while delivery for parcels up to 30 kg will increase from 160 UAH to 180 UAH.

For nationwide delivery within Ukraine, the cost for documents will rise from 70 UAH to 80 UAH. A parcel up to 2 kg will increase from 80 UAH to 90 UAH, and parcels up to 10 kg will cost 135 UAH, which is 15 UAH more than before. For parcels up to 30 kg, the new price will be 200 UAH, compared to the previous rate of 180 UAH.

Despite the general price hike, a range of services will remain free of charge. These complimentary services include:

  • packaging for small parcels,
  • branded envelopes for documents,
  • in-transit address changes,
  • declared value commission for items valued up to 500 UAH,
  • parcel storage at branch offices,
  • the 'Transfer Point' service.

The company states these changes are designed to adapt its pricing to new economic realities and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Nova Poshta's tariff revision is a response to shifts in the delivery market, which could impact the company's competitive standing.

As service costs rise, customers may explore alternatives like Ukrposhta, which has also implemented its own rate increases. It's worth noting that Nova Poshta's decision to maintain certain free services may help retain customer loyalty in a climate of rising prices. These adjustments occur against a backdrop of inflation and changing logistics costs, making them necessary, according to the company, to sustain service quality. For businesses and frequent shippers in Ukraine, these changes will directly affect shipping budgets for the coming year.

As Nova Poshta adjusts its tariffs in response to market dynamics, it's worth noting that Ukrposhta has introduced special rates for military personnel, offering significant discounts for shipments in frontline areas. This competitive move highlights the ongoing shifts in the postal services landscape, which could influence customer choices amid rising delivery costs.
