New Air Defense Systems on the Way. Syrsky Revealed Details of Meeting with NATO Commander

According to glavcom.ua: The air defense systems that European countries have acquired for Ukraine under the plans of the US and NATO are already approaching our country. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky.

'We also discussed the plans of the US and NATO regarding the provision of air defense systems funded by Europe for the protection of our land and the saving of civilian lives,' the commander-in-chief noted.

The Ukrainian general expressed gratitude to US President Donald Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte for the prompt delivery of the air defense systems. 'They are already on the way!' Syrsky added.

It should be noted that the US Department of Defense is currently negotiating with several countries regarding the supply of Patriot systems for Ukraine. The number of countries participating in these deals has not been disclosed yet.

It was previously reported that the United States is taking measures for the prompt delivery of weapons to Ukraine under the plan of US President Donald Trump, which involves the purchase of weapons by Europe. The United States is currently considering the possibility of selling Patriot air defense systems from its stocks.

It is stated that the air defense systems acquired for Ukraine are starting to approach the country, which evokes a positive response from Ukrainian military and the public. The US Department of Defense continues to negotiate on the possibilities of supplying Patriot systems, indicating growing support from foreign countries in deepening defense cooperation with Ukraine.
