Shelling of Lviv: one person killed, 26 houses and a kindergarten damaged
In Lviv, as a result of the shelling, there are fatalities and injuries. According to the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovy, one person was killed and three were injured. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referencing

The mayor announced that following a meeting of the emergency situations commission, it was decided to evacuate residents of 11 apartments, totaling 17 people. They will be provided with temporary housing as well as rental compensation.
Consequences of the shelling
As a result of the attack, 26 residential buildings were damaged. The following destructions were also recorded:
- 5 roofs torn off.
- 155 windows shattered.
- A kindergarten damaged (approximately 30 windows).
- 9 cars damaged.
The State Emergency Service reported that all fires have been extinguished. All relevant services are working at the sites. It should be noted that at night, Russian invaders carried out a massive attack on Lviv. Hits were recorded in several districts of the city at several locations. As a result of the attack, one person was killed, and injuries have been reported.
Other consequences of the attacks
Rescuers and all emergency services are constantly working at the strike sites. The Russians carried out a combined strike on Lviv, which resulted in injuries and a fatality, as well as damage to buildings. On the night of August 21, the Russian occupation army carried out yet another combined attack on the western part of Ukraine, striking Zakarpattya.
In Mukachevo, as a result of a missile strike, a fire broke out, and there are injuries. Mukachevo City Council asks citizens to tightly close windows and not to go outside without necessity. In particular, on August 21, the Russian terrorist army struck Zaporizhzhia twice, leading to damage at several industrial infrastructure facilities. The shockwave also wrecked nearby houses.
At the same time, there are no injuries in Lutsk after the Russian strike.
The conflict in eastern Ukraine continues to escalate somewhat, and Russian forces are continuing to carry out attacks on the civilian population and infrastructure in various cities across the country. Casualties and destruction are the consequences of these aggressive actions, prompting the Ukrainian authorities to seek international support.
