According to НАБУ: On December 18, 2025, the Appellate Chamber of VAKS decided to change the preventive measure for the judge from Transcarpathia, who is suspected of receiving bribes.
The court partially satisfied the prosecutor's complaint and increased the bail amount from 1 to 4 million hryvnias, leaving other aspects of the ruling unchanged.
ℹLet us remind you that the suspect previously had a preventive measure of detention or bail applied.
The decision of the Appellate Chamber has already entered into legal force and cannot be challenged.

According to the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
