According to glavcom.ua: Extensive work to eliminate the consequences of the disaster is ongoing in Odesa. Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba held a meeting with local authorities and services, where significant destruction was identified. According to him, more than 800 buildings in the city have been damaged, including 500 high-rise buildings and 300 private houses.

Commissions have started inspecting the housing stock to provide compensation to affected residents, while rescue, utility, and energy services are working around the clock. Nearly 3,000 people and over 660 units of equipment have been involved, including from other regions.

Currently, work continues to pump water at 38 locations in the private sector, with over 900,000 cubic meters of water already removed, and protective structures ready for use. Restoration of electricity supply is also ongoing. This disaster has resulted in the death of 10 people, and more than 380 have been rescued, so it is important to carry out recovery work in the city and provide assistance to the victims.

As a result of the recent disaster, over 800 buildings in Odesa have suffered serious damage, and the authorities and services are heavily engaged in eliminating the consequences – pumping out water, inspecting the housing stock, restoring electricity supply, and providing assistance to residents.
