According to ДСНС: The Odesa region has been subjected to a large-scale Russian offensive resulting in injuries to two individuals, multiple fires, and significant destruction to buildings and vehicles. The attack focused on a previously struck shopping center, igniting a major blaze that firefighters successfully extinguished. Additionally, a two-story private home caught fire, and a 10-story non-residential building in Odesa was damaged, also experiencing a fire outbreak.

Severe damage was reported at a seven-story city hospital, where the roof was blown off. Windows were shattered in a local school and four residential buildings. In the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, three private homes suffered broken windows as well. Three cars were also damaged. Rescue crews faced challenges responding to the emergency due to repeated air raid sirens.
