According to Главком: Law enforcement officials in Odesa have initiated a war crimes investigation following a Russian military strike on the city. The attack, carried out using drones, resulted in the deaths of three civilians: a 53-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman, and a two-and-a-half-year-old girl. According to the prosecutor's office, at least 15 people were injured, with 13 requiring hospitalization. Infrastructure Targeted in Mass Assault

Russian armed forces launched a large-scale attack targeting Odesa's energy and civilian infrastructure. Other victims included four women aged between 21 and 64, one of whom was pregnant, and six men aged between 18 and 65.

In the Primorsky district, a multi-story residential complex and seven private houses were damaged. In the Kyiv district, damage was reported to one multi-story building, five private houses, a private preschool, a store, and 27 cars.
