According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian company 'Epicenter' plans to significantly enhance the use of artificial intelligence, increasing its percentage in customer interactions to 70% by 2026. The company's director, Andriy Trush, explained that this step will help them ensure better customer engagement with products and services, simplifying and speeding up the process.

The company has already begun testing various AI-based tools that will help customers obtain ready-made solutions for their needs. The main focus of the integration of artificial intelligence is on creating personalized offers, analyzing demand and user behavior, as well as improving customer service.

A test release of a virtual assistant has recently been launched, which will assist customers across all digital communication channels. Such innovations will not only improve service quality but also contribute to the company's growth.

Since the beginning of military aggression against Ukraine in 2014, 'Epicenter' has suffered significant losses, losing assets and profits exceeding $1 billion.
