Occupants are actively testing the drone 'Italmas' in Sumy: technical specifications

According to glavcom.ua: Communication, electronic warfare and intelligence specialist Sergey (Flash) Beskrestnov reported that the Russian terrorist army is testing a new strike drone 'Italmas' on the territory of Ukraine, focusing on shelling the city of Sumy. The expert emphasized that this drone has become a real threat to the city.

«The Russian UAV 'Italmas' has become a real disaster for Sumy. The Russians have effectively turned it into a testing ground for this UAV. And make no mistake, they will transfer the experience to other fronts», the expert noted.

The specialist also pointed out that 'Italmas' differs from other drones because it has a propeller at the front, which is clearly visible in the video. Considering that this drone transmits an analog image to the pilot, it may require the use of electronic warfare means to suppress the video signal in the 3.3 GHz range. However, such measures are not currently being applied, but it may already be time to develop a safety plan for frontline cities.
