According to glavcom.ua: The partisan movement 'Ateş' reported on sudden changes in the deployment of the 12th anti-aircraft missile regiment of Russian occupants in Sevastopol. According to the agent of 'Ateş', the command decided to relocate most military personnel outside the military unit territory due to fear of an attack from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

As a result of these actions, all military equipment, including S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems, was moved to shelters and safe places, leaving only the military personnel on duty within the territory. According to 'Ateş', such steps by the command indicate a growing vulnerability of the object and panic decisions under the threat.
