Drone attack by Russian terrorists in Zaporizhzhia
According to glavcom.ua: In the early morning of December 16, Russian terrorists carried out a drone attack in Zaporizhzhia. One of the drones hit a residential building. The consequences of the attack were reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, as reported by 'Glavcom'.
The attack caused a fire in the apartment building. The Russian strike resulted in a fire on one of the upper floors of the building. Rescuers are working promptly at the scene, evacuating residents from the upper floors.
Injured from the attack
There are two injured: a man sustained shrapnel wounds, and a woman suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning. Rescuers continue to extinguish the fire and ensure the safety of residents.
As a reminder, the Russian terrorist army attacked a fire and rescue unit in Zaporizhzhia using unmanned aerial vehicles.
As a result of the attack, the building of the fire and rescue unit and equipment were damaged. The personnel were in shelter and were unharmed.
The events that occurred in Zaporizhzhia once again confirm the continuity and aggressiveness of Russian terrorists in Ukraine. Ukrainian security services continue to work to protect the civilian population from aggression by Russia.
