According to glavcom.ua: Last night, Russian troops carried out a large-scale missile and drone strike on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, damaging generation and transmission facilities in several regions of the country. As a result, regions were left without power, and a Crisis Headquarters was established to coordinate recovery efforts. Due to the shortage of electricity, scheduled outages were implemented, and energy consumption was limited for some enterprises.
Odesa and Mykolaiv were among the hardest-hit areas, suffering significant damage to energy, industrial, and civilian facilities during the attacks.
