«From intercepted radio communications, it is known that even before the attack began, the commander of the Russian Federation ordered the destruction of the civilian population and to act ruthlessly. The Russian military squad killed the girl's parents and kidnapped her, holding her hostage. Then the girl was used as a human shield to avoid negative consequences from Ukrainian forces. This act was reflected live by units of the Third Army Corps. All of this indicates the brutality and premeditation of the enemy's actions», the message states.
