This incident is just one of many examples of the problems in humanitarian aid in occupied Donbass. People continue to leave these territories due to the lack of water, electricity, and prospects. Well-known volunteer Nikolai Osichenko even noted that creating unbearable conditions might be a justified step, as Russia is not interested in the local residents.
