According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine is preparing to introduce changes to the country's pension system. Minister Denys Uliutin announced at a meeting with representatives of the International Labour Organization the development of a new pension provision model that will ensure stability and fairness in this area.
The updates will include a guaranteed basic payment for the elderly, the restoration of solidarity in determining the pension amount, the conversion of special pensions into professional ones, updating the accumulation system, and support for veterans. These steps are aimed at ensuring a decent life for elderly citizens and other categories of the population entitled to pension provision.
