NAEC 'Energoatom': Court arrested the director in the corruption scheme case

According to НАБУ: The operation 'Midas' – this is what the actions of the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine were called, who managed to detain the members of the criminal group. One of them, the Executive Director for physical protection and security of NAEC 'Energoatom', was given a preventive measure in the form of detention or bail in the amount of 40 million hryvnias.
It is important to note that according to the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is innocent until proven guilty in court. Therefore, the court's decision is a temporary measure within the framework of the investigation.
