According to Федоров: In the Odesa region, enemy shelling of cities continues, and communication remains a problem. Mobile operators such as Vodafone, Kyivstar, and lifecell are working around the clock to restore networks as quickly as possible. After the attack, their teams promptly switched to a 24/7 operation, maintaining communication on batteries and generators. Currently, network availability in Odesa is already at 60%, thanks to the efforts of engineers and operator teams.
In addition, additional Starlink terminals have been introduced to provide internet access to new invincibility points. A big thank you to everyone involved in this communication restoration process in the Odesa region!
