According to Міністерство Здоров'я: A new digital health portal has been launched within Ukraine's national electronic healthcare system, providing citizens with online access to their personal medical records. This initiative has already seen significant uptake, with over 34 million patients registered to date. How to Access Your Medical Records

To gain access to the portal, individuals must complete a standard personal data form and possess a valid electronic signature. Following successful registration, users can view their personal health information and medical declarations. The portal is designed to be user-friendly and centralizes important health data.

Patients can choose between two primary platforms for login: the state-developed e-cabinet or a version created by private sector partners. The authorization process involves straightforward steps:
