Five-year-old from Lviv conquers Hoverla and sets a record in Ukraine

According to glavcom.ua: Today, July 26, 2025, five-year-old Regina Abramova became the youngest child to independently climb the highest peak in Ukraine – Hoverla. The young record holder completed the entire route without any assistance in 2 hours and 29 minutes. This was reported by

citing the Lviv Regional State Administration.

This is already Regina's second sports achievement in 2025. In April of this year, she set a record in Ukraine for the longest hold in an inverted hang on rings, remaining in position for 5 minutes and 52 seconds.

Regina Abramova is a student of the Comprehensive Children and Youth Sports School No. 1. Besides gymnastics, the girl participates in numerous running competitions and already has over 20 starts.

Five-year-old Regina Abramova climbed the highest peak in Ukraine, Hoverla, becoming the youngest child to achieve this feat independently. This is the girl's second sports achievement in 2025, confirming her high athletic potential and willpower.
