By October 6, the Pension Fund Allocated 20.2 Billion UAH for Pensions, Subsidies, and Social Benefits
Social Payment Funding in Ukraine
According to Пенсії (RSS): As of October 6, 2023, Ukraine's Pension Fund has disbursed funds for pension payments, housing subsidies and benefits, insurance payouts, social assistance, and services provided to individuals applying to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The total amount allocated specifically for pension payments reached 20.2 billion UAH.
Breakdown of the allocated funds includes:
- 3.3 billion UAH transferred via JSC 'Ukrposhta';
- 16.9 billion UAH distributed through authorized banks;
- 1.5 billion UAH dedicated to housing subsidies and benefits;
- 1.6 billion UAH allocated for insurance payments, including 0.3 billion UAH for sick leave compensation;
- 0.4 billion UAH provided for social assistance and other related payments.
In October alone, the Pension Fund of Ukraine delivered 243,600 services to applicants.

The majority of funds were channeled through banking institutions, reflecting maintained confidence in the country's financial system.
