Benefits for utility services: new registration rules for obtaining

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has announced that benefits for the payment of housing and utility services are granted only to those who are in the Register of persons entitled to benefits. This information was confirmed by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Conditions for granting benefits

Benefits may be granted at the registered or actual place of residence. A person receiving benefits at the actual place of residence must provide documents confirming their residence at the specified address. This may be a certificate of registration or a rental agreement.

If there is no written confirmation, an act of inspection of the living conditions of the household may be drawn up. This act is drawn up by an official of the relevant executive body.

It is also worth remembering the changes in heating subsidies in the next heating season.

Documentary confirmation of actual residence can be obtained through a certificate of registration or rental agreement. In the absence of written confirmations, an act of inspection of the living conditions of the household is drawn up.
