New 'Schedule a Visit' Service Launched

According to Пенсії (RSS): The Pension Fund of Ukraine has introduced a fresh feature on its e-services web portal called 'Schedule a Visit.' This tool lets users pick a specific date and time to drop by a service center operated by the Fund's main office. It aims to make planning visits more convenient, especially for those needing advice or other assistance.

To log into the portal, individuals can use one of these methods:

  • a qualified electronic signature (QES),
  • Diia.Signature,
  • ID.GOV.UA.

Located under the 'Communications with the PFU' section, the 'Schedule a Visit' service allows users to select a regional Pension Fund office and a particular service center. During booking, they can also pick the topic of their inquiry and check available dates and time slots.

Once a booking is confirmed, the details automatically appear in the service center's electronic queue management system. Users can review their appointments in the 'My Scheduled Visits' tab. This new feature represents another step toward digital accessibility in how the Pension Fund of Ukraine delivers its services.
