According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian pensioners continue to face problems in receiving pensions due to legislative restrictions that lead to reduced payments. Currently, the salary ceiling for pension calculation is only 46 thousand hryvnias, although experts believe it could be higher - over 125 thousand hryvnias. There are also restrictions on the coefficient of work experience, which particularly affect workers in harmful industries.
An additional problem is the difficulties in accounting for work experience for certain periods, when pensioners are denied recalculation due to the lack of relevant documents. This complicates the financial situation of people who relied on the pension system.
