Pensioners Abroad Can Obtain Income Certificate Online: Instructions

Ukrainian pensioners who are outside the country can remotely obtain a certificate of their pension income. The service is available through the personal cabinet on the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine at https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.

As reported by 'Khvylia', this was announced by the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region.

What is Needed to Obtain the Certificate

To process the document online, a pensioner will need:

• Qualified electronic signature of Ukrainian sample
• Stable internet access

Why the Certificate is Needed

The document that confirms the amount of pension payments received over a certain period may be needed in various situations:

• When applying for benefits or social assistance
• To confirm the pensioner's solvency when contacting banks or financial institutions
• When submitting documents to consular services
• In other cases where official confirmation of pension income is required.

It was previously reported that new payments were introduced in Ukraine starting from October 1.

Pensioners who are abroad can easily obtain a certificate of their pension income by using the online service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This will allow them to solve various everyday or financial issues that may arise while staying abroad.
