UNICEF and KONTENTA launch the Academy of Safety Ambassadors for youth

Ukrainian teenagers will have the opportunity to become academic safety ambassadors thanks to a new project from UNICEF Ukraine, the 'Light Up!' campaign, and the Cultural Platform. The Academy of Safety Ambassadors will create a platform for young people aged 14 to 18, where they will be able to learn to create safe content and share it with their peers.

The program will cover 18 communities in Ukraine, where participants will receive online training from leading experts, take part in workshops, lectures, and creative assignments under the guidance of mentors. With the opportunity to create content that will help teenagers learn the rules of safety in online and offline environments.

'There is a chance to create content that will help friends behave safely,' the organizers emphasized.

The project will last until February 2026, providing a unique opportunity for Ukrainian teenagers to become partners in spreading knowledge about safety among youth.
